Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Your Business collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and do the work you ask us to do.
Who we are
This website is run by Your Business, based in Oldham, Greater Manchester. We are responsible for your personal information. You can contact us about privacy at our contact page.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we receive:
- your name, email address and phone number (if you give it)
- the service you are interested in and your budget (if you tell us)
- your message
- your IP address and the time you sent the form
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- Your IP address is used for a short time to protect the form from spam and abuse, which is in our legitimate interests.
We won’t send you marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted suppliers to run this website and our email, mainly our UK web hosting and email provider. They only process your information on our instructions. Fonts on this website are delivered by Bunny Fonts, which receives your IP address to send the font files and says it doesn’t log or track visitors. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and for any period the law requires (for example for tax records if you become a customer). Records of blocked spam (which can include an IP address) are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do this, contact us at our contact page. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website only uses essential cookies and browser storage. See our Cookie Policy.
